History

It all started in 2006 when two diving buddies Mario Elemenzo and Genieking Pestolante shared the same passion for diving.

They love the hobby so much and would like to share it with the rest of the world.  They thought of organizing a diving club

for diving enthusiasts of any nationalities.  And so the Royal Scuba Divers International was conceived and materialized in

2007 with the help of the able leadership of the founding President Tintin Salazar-Valencia.  Thereafter, fun dives and

Discover Scuba Diving events were organized and the club experienced a significant increase of membership.
